  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

  • WHAT FORMAT SHOULD MY ARTWORK BE?

    A:

    We can accept files in the following formats: PSD/AI/EPS/JPG/TIFF/PNG. The ideal format would be a RGB file, 300 DPI resolution saved as a PNG with a transparent background.

  • HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

    A:

    Our preferred payment method is via BACS, you can also pay via credit or debit card.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR TURNAROUND TIMES?

    A:

    Our turnaround time is approximately 5 working days after we have received artwork and payment. If you need anything sooner please don't hesitate to contact us we'll always do our best to accommodate.

  • WHAT GARMENTS CAN YOU PRINT ON?

    A:

    We can print on a wide variety of garments. With DTG printing the more cotton in a garment the better it will print. We can also successfully print onto Polyester blend garments and some 100% Polyester brands.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR GARMENT PRICES?

    A:

    We charge the same rate as the UK distributors and where we can pass on savings, we always will do.

  • I NEED MY DESIGN TO PRINT IN BLACK?

    A:

    It can sometimes be hard to tell if a true black has been selected when designing artwork. Check your artwork by opening the colour selector in Photoshop and ensuring the hex value is #000000

  • WHERE CAN YOU PRINT ON THE GARMENT?

    A:

    We can print on the front, back, front left or right chest, sleeves, inside neck and on the nape. Got an unusual request please ask we maybe able to accommodate.

  • CAN YOU SHIP DIRECT TO MY CUSTOMER?

    A:

    We can ship direct to your customer, it is a white label service and therefore none of our details would be enclosed or attached.
